You directly provide Climate Impact with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

When collecting form submission data via the website, we use HTTP encrypted forms, which are stored securely on Webflow AWS servers. The website is managed by Daniel James and Envision Productions Ltd, who for the purpose of website management are both data processors. Unless required for website maintenance purposes or any other services they provide for ClimateImpact and CTC Advisory, they will not access or view the data collected on the website and have no ownership of the data collected.

Climate Impact may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

Climate Impact securely stores data collected via the website on Webflow servers (which use AWS).

Personal information is also stored on Mail Chimp servers which is a third party email client used to draft and send emails to our mailing lists.

Contact information may also be stored locally on our teams devices for the purpose of building, contacting and maintaining a network.

Climate Impact will keep your personal information for as long as required. If you wish to have your personal information removed from our systems, please contact us requesting your GDPR Right to Erasure, stating which information you would like removed.

Marketing

Climate Impact would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
